hoMEworks® Homebuyer Education Get a great start by attending a class. From deciding If Homeownership is Right For You, to closing day and Life as a Homeowner, this 10-hour class is a must for potential homebuyers. Classes are held in Kennebec and Somerset Counties. The information you gain could save you thousands of dollars and will help you understand the roles of all of the industry professionals. $25.00 per person. No Income Restrictions.
