Low Income Assistance Program (LIAP)

Are you concerned about paying your electric bill? You may be eligible for LIAP if you meet the following three eligibility requirements:

  1. You or a member of your household is eligible for HEAP with a high kilowatt usage.
  2. You do not receive a housing subsidy.
  3. Your provider is Central Maine Power or Madison Electric.
