TRANSIT EVALUATION AND PLAN FOR AUGUSTA, WATERVILLE, AND GARDINER
The Kennebec Explorer system introduced in 2010 is based on a transit plan developed in 2009 by Tom Crikelair Associates. The Maine Department of Transportation and other local partners participated in this planning effort.
